Did u try "teaching English as a second language" or English for speakers of other languages
or teaching English for foreigners
or language acquisition
By the way, if you want to talk about "teaching methods" u need to talk about "learning styles" too because they need to match so that teaching becomes effective and successful
Have u already prepared yr Outline? If so what r the main points u plan to talk about or discuss?
and when r u supposed to present that paper?

Well , you gonna have to write the outline first to know what are you looking for. From what i have read up until now , it seems that you have the outline in your head or you have an idea about it. Unfortunately , that way will confuse you or misguide you.
Take this sample of an informative essay outline and try to fill your research points in it :

I- Topic: England
Thesis: England is a country of diverse museums
1-London Museum
A- Tate Modern
1- The three floors of this museum dedicated to the modern art, proved to be an
irresistible attraction to the visitor since its opening.
2- It’s located in an old electric energy plant, an attraction by itself, specially the engines
room.
3-There’re works of great modern painters like Picasso, Rothko or Pollock, to name only
a few.
2- Oxford Museums
A-Oxford University Museum of Natural History
1- The Museum of Natural History lodges the zoological, entomological, paleontological
and mineral objects collections of the University of Oxford.
2- Until mid 19th century, these collections were scattered through the different
dependencies of the University.

You might like to tell them that you plan to immerse students in the language. They do not have to memorize much but instead soak it in. They would hear English most of the time and be made to think in English and this should stir the neurons in the brain to want to learn more and more of the language. You plan to make it fun and not a tedious chore. You intend to follow modern pedagogical methods that seek the intellectual wellbeing of the student.
