اممم لا أعلم كيف أختصر
أمضيت أوقاتا طويلة في تمارين كثيرة وكنت أركز في فهم النقاط الأساسية في الأمر

ليس الخروج من الجسد فقط ما فعلت .. بل أيضا التحكم بالأحلام وغير ذلك
التحكم بالأحلام أصبح أمرا سهلا عندي يحدث شبه يومي
طبعا الأحلام تعتمد على ذاكرتنا والعقل الباطن ورغباتنا الداخلية (هناك كثير من مشاعرنا التي لا ندركها بعقلنا الواعي)
عالم الأحلام عجيب خاصة إذا كنت تدركه وتستطيع التحكم به .. ستجد كل ما تريد هناك !
الأمر العجيب يا صاحبي "
كل مرة أصل لحالة التحكم بالحلم .. فكر ماذا يأتي في بالي ورغبتي P: >> تبا للعالم العربي المغلق XD
أستحم بعد أن أستيقظ >> إن الأمر حقا يشبه الحقيقة يا رجل ! كأنه كل حواسي تعمل!

أما بخصوص الخروج من الجسد فإن الأمر يتركز في فن الإسترخاء
أولا تعلم فن الإسترخاء
بعد ذلك سواء الخروج من الجسد أو التحكم بالأحلام سيصبح سهلا

بالنسبة لي أنا أسترخي كل يوم قبل النوم لأني متأرق دائما منذ سنتين أو أكثر أنام قليلا وأفكر كثيرا والإسترخاء يساعدني في كثير من الأحيان في النوم
أنا جربت أنواع كثيرة من الإسترخاء
لكن الذي أستمر فيها حتى الآن هي هكذا

أرقد أفتح صدري أضع يدي في بطني والآخر في صدري
الشهيق 4 .. الإبقاء 16 .. الزفير 8

تعودت على ذلك
كما قلت إذا اتقنت الإسترخاء تعال بعد ذلك ^_^


ونسيت أن أقول أن التنفس من البطن .. تملئ كامل البطن
التنفس من الصدر خطأ
