وينشر الموقع المعني بالكشف عن التسريبات مئات الوثائق السرية للدبلوماسية الامريكية حول العالم.

وكان موقع التسوق الاليكتروني الامريكي الشهير امازون اوقف استخدام ويكيليكس لاجهزته الخادمة الاربعاء، في خطوة رحب بها المسؤولون.

واصبح الوصول الى موقع ويكيليكس متقطعا الاربعاء، وكان الموقع يستخدم اجهزة الخدمة التابعة لامازون بعدما تعرضت اجهزته الخادمة المستضافة في السويد لهجمات اليكترونية مرتين هذا الاسبوع.

وتوضح البرقيات التي تنشرها صحيفة الغارديان البريطانية انه في يناير/كانون الثاني 2010 قال المدعي الاسباني خوسيه جريندا جونزالز انه في روسيا والشيشان وروسيا البيضاء "لايمكن للمرء ان يفرق بين نشاطات الحكومة وعصابات الجريمة المنظمة".

وتتحدث برقية من السفارة الامريكية في مدريد عن "السؤال الذي لا تعرف اجابته" حول مدى تورط بوتين مع المافيا وعما اذا كان يتحكم في نشاطها.

وقال جونزالز ان العميل الروسي السابق الكسندر ليفيننكو رأى ان المخابرات الروسية تتحكم بعصابات الجريمة المنظمة في روسيا، واوضح المدعي الاسباني انه يعتقد ان تلك الفرضية صحيحة.

وتقول البرقية نقلا عن رجل القانون الاسباني ان لديه معلومات بان احزابا معينة في روسيا تعمل "يدا بيد" مع عصابات الجريمة المنظمة.

ونشر موقع ويكيليكس برقية اخرى من السفارة الامريكية في كييف تعود الى ديسمبر/كانون الاول 2008 تكشف ان رجل الاعمال الكبير ديمترو فيرتاش ـ احد اقوى الاشخاص في اوكرانيا ـ قال للسفير الامريكي ان له علاقات بعصابات الجريمة المنظمة في روسيا.

وقال انه احتاج الى موافقة زعيم عصابة يدعى سايمون موجيليفتش لكي يعقد صفقات عمل.

وتعتقد اجهزة الامن والقانون الاوروبية والامريكية ان موجيليفيتش هو "زعيم رؤساء" معظم عصابات المافيا الروسية حول العالم.
