(12-08-2010, 01:21 PM)بسام الخوري كتب:  صحيفة الجارديان تواصل الكشف عن بعض المعلومات السرية التي وردت في تسريبات ويكيليكس ومنها أن وزير الخارجية السعودي، الأمير سعود الفيصل، اقترح إنشاء قوة عربية تحظى بدعم الولايات المتحدة والدعم الجوي والبحري لحلف شمال الأطلسي (الناتو) بهدف التدخل في لبنان وتدمير حزب الله وذلك قبل سنتين في أوج الأزمة البنانية.

وكان من شأن تطبيق الخطة السعودية التسبب بمعركة بالوكالة بين الولايات المتحدة وحلفائها ضد إيران في أكثر المناطق قابلية للاشتعال في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.

ورغم أن الخطة السعودية لم تخرج إلى حيز التنفيذ، فإنها تعكس القلق الذي هيمن على المسؤولين السعوديين وكذلك الأمريكيين بسبب تنامي النفوذ الإيراني في لبنان وفي مناطق أخرى من الشرق الأوسط.

وعرض وزير الخارجية السعودي الخطة على المستشار الأمريكي الخاص إلى العراق، ديفيد ساترفيلد، لكن واشنطن أعربت عن شكوكها في الجدوى العسكرية من تطبيق هذه الخطة.

وكان تطبيق الخطة على أرض الواقع يعني عودة القوات الأمريكية إلى لبنان بعد غياب لنحو ثلاثة عقود بعدما اضطرت إلى مغادرة بيروت في أعقاب تعرض ثكنة عسكرية تابعة لقوات مشاة البحرية الأمريكية والذي أدى إلى مقتل 299 جنديا أمريكيا وفرنسيا.

وتواصل البرقية المسربة قائلة إن الفيصل أكد على أن الخطة السعودية ما هي إلا "رد أمني" على التحدي العسكري الذي واجهته الحكومة اللبنانية بسبب تنامي نفوذ حزب الله وبدرجة أقل النفوذ السوري.

وتنقل الجارديان قائلة إن الفيصل جادل من أجل إنشاء "قوة عربية" بهدف فرض وحفظ النظام في بيروت وضواحيها.

وواصلت البرقية قائلة إن "الولايات المتحدة والناتو مطالبة بتوفير النقل والدعم اللوجيستي بالإضافة إلى التغطية البحرية والجوية". وقال الفيصل إن انتصار حزب الله في بيروت يعني نهاية حكومة رئيس الوزراء اللبناني السابق، فؤاد السنيورة وبالتالي سيطرة إيران على لبنان".

وذهب الفيصل إلى القول إن انتصار حزب الله على حكومة السينيورة "سيكون كارثة بالنسبة إلى الولايات المتحدة والمنطقة برمتها أخذا في الاعتبار التحركات الإيرانية في العراق وما يجري على الجبهة الفلسطينية".

وواصل المسؤول السعودي قائلا إن الوضع في بيروت آنذاك أصبح "عسكريا بالكامل" وبالتالي فإن الحل يجب أن يكون عسكريا أيضا مضيفا أن الوضع يتطلب إنشاء "قوة عربية من دول الجوار العربية لنشرها في بيروت تحت غطاء الأمم المتحدة".

وأضاف الفيصل أن السنيورة كان يؤيد بقوة الخطة السعودية لكن الدول العربية التي كانت على اطلاع عليها هي مصر والأردن فقط بالإضافة إلى الأمين العام للجامعة العربية، عمرو موسى.

يا شماتة ابله ظاظا..... أين من كان يحاضر يومها باسيادة و الحرية من الزملاء؟
