يغتصب الجاني لأن ذلك فيه اهانة للكرامة البشرية وفعل محرم وهو اللواط

او ان احدهم قتل شخصا بحرقه عمدا
لايجوز ان نحرق القاتل لكن كحق القتيل وذويه يقتل قاتله




لست ادافع عن الأديان لكن الحق حق سواء جاء في الأديان ام جاء في كتاب من حضارة الأنكا
بل العكس ارى ان الأديان فيها عقوبات بربية غير عادلة
مثل قطع يد السارق
تخيل احدهم يسرق كاميرا ب الف $ وتقطع يده لأجل ذلك

او الرجم
انت مطلق او ارمل (محصن ) تتعلق بواحدة مطلقة (محصنة ) وتحدث بينكم علاقة جنسية بكامل
الرضا والرغبة من الطرفين
فتدفنان حتى الرأس وترجمان بالحجارة !!!!
