"الشريعة تحظر الاحتجاجات" حسب بيان وزارة الداخلية السعودية

فرضت وزارة الداخلية السعودية السبت حظرا على التظاهر في المملكة لـ"تعارضه مع الشريعة الاسلامية", وذكرت بان قوى الامن مخولة اخذ "كافة الاجراءات" لمنع "محاولات الاخلال بالنظام", وذلك بحسب وكالة الانباء السعودية الرسمية.

واكد بيان للمتحدث الامني باسم الوزارة ان "الانظمة المعمول بها في المملكة تمنع منعا باتا كافة انواع المظاهرات والمسيرات والاعتصامات والدعوة لها وذلك لتعارضها مع مبادئ الشريعة الاسلامية وقيم واعراف المجتمع السعودي".

وذكر البيان بان قوات الامن "مخولة نظاما باتخاذ كافة الاجراءات اللازمة بشأن كل من يحاول الاخلال بالنظام بأية صورة كانت وتطبيق الانظمة بحقه".

واشار المتحدث ان هذا الموقف "يأتي بناء على ما لوحظ من محاولة البعض للالتفاف على الانظمة والتعليمات والاجراءات ذات العلاقة بها لتحقيق غايات غير مشروعة", في اشارة الى تظاهرات نظمت او ينوي ناشطون تنظيمها في السعودية.

وتظاهر مئات من السعوديين الجمعة في المنطقة الشرقية من المملكة حيث يقيم غالبية الشيعة السعوديين للمطالبة بالافراج عن رجل دين, وذلك بعد يوم من اعتقال نحو عشرين ناشطا بحسب ما افاد شهود عيان وناشطون.

وذكر بيان الداخلية ان منع التظاهر ياتي "لما يترتب عليه من اخلال بالنظام العام واضرار بالمصالح العامة والخاصة والتعدي على حقوق الآخرين وما ينشأ عن ذلك من اشاعة الفوضى التي تؤدي إلى سفك الدماء وانتهاك الاعراض وسلب الاموال والتعرض للممتلكات العامة والخاصة".

وكانت دعوة وجهت على موقع فيسبوك للمشاركة في "يوم غضب" امس الجمعة في شرق السعودية, احتجاجا على توقيف رجل الدين توفيق العامر الاحد الماضي.

وشارك بضع مئات من السعوديين في تظاهرة في الهفوف بمحافظة الاحساء عقب صلاة الجمعة مطالبين باطلاق سراح العامر, بحسب ما اكد شهود عيان.

ونظمت تظاهرة مماثلة في القطيف قبل ان تفرقها قوات الشرطة من دون تسجيل اي حادث, وفقا لشهود عيان ايضا.

وقال ابراهيم المقيطيب, رئيس جمعية حقوق الانسان اولا في السعودية لوكالة فرانس برس, ان 22 شخصا بينهم كاتبان اعتقلوا مساء الخميس غداة تفريق تظاهرة في القطيف للمطالبة باطلاق "المعتقلين المنسيين" اضافة الى العامر, وللدعوة الى الوحدة بين السنة والشيعة في السعودية.

وبحسب موقع راصد المتخصص في اخبار شيعة السعودية, فان السلطات اعتقلت العامر "اثر دعوته لقيام ملكية دستورية ورفع التمييز الطائفي في المملكة".

وفي الرياض, اعتقلت السلطات الامنية ثلاثة اشخاص على الاقل بعدما رددوا شعارات مناوئة للملكية امام احد المساجد, وفقا لشهود عيان.

واوضح الشهود ان مجموعة من الاشخاص احدهم يرفع لافتة كتب عليها "شباب 4 مارس" تجمعوا عقب صلاة الجمعة امام مسجد الراجحي, احد اهم مساجد الرياض ويقع في شرق العاصمة, مرددين هتافات تندد ب"الظلم" وبالنظام الملكي.

وهاجم مصلون المحتجين قبل ان تتدخل الشرطة لتعتقل ثلاثة اشخاص على الاقل.وتدعو صفحة على فيسبوك تحمل اسم "ثورة حنين" الى التظاهر في "كل انحاء" السعودية في 11 آذار/مارس بينما تطالب صفحة تحمل عنوان "الثورة السعودية يوم 20 مارس" بالملكية الدستورية وبالحريات وباجراء انتخابات تشريعية.

شنَّت السلطات السعودية مساء الأربعاء الماضي حملة اعتقالات طالت 16 شخصا على الأقل في محافظة القطيف الواقعة في المنطقة الشرقية من البلاد، وذلك على خلفية مشاركتهم في مظاهرة طالبت بالإفراج عن معتقلين.

وأبلغت مصادر مطلعة وشهود عيان بي بي سي أن بعض المعتقلين احتجزوا من موقع تجمهر المتظاهرين في القطيف مساء الأربعاء الماضي.

وأكد موقع "راصد" الاخباري على شبكة الإنترنت خبر الاعتقالات، مشيرا إلى أن السلطات "اعتقلت مساء أمس الكاتبين حسين العلق وحسين اليوسف، وذلك إثر مشاركتهما في مسيرة احتجاجية تطالب بإطلاق السجناء الشيعة".

ونقل الموقع عن مصادر قولها إن العلق "اقتيد من أمام منزله عند منتصف الليل إلى مركز شرطة تاروت، في حين اعتقل اليوسف أثناء التظاهرة".
