يا عزيزتي لو حضرتك مثلا ناظرة مدرسة , وتشغلين في مجلس الآباء وظيفة رئيسة مجلس الآباء
بصفتك الناظرة طبقا للوائح ثم قدمت استقالة من المدرسة فهل تظلين رئيسة مجلي الآباء أم يتولي الرئاسة
الناظرة الجديدة , طالما أن الوظيفة بالصفة وليست بالاسم , تنتهي بزوال الصفة , والدستور في نصوصه يعطي للرئيس المناصب بصفته رئيس الجمهورية وليس باسمه حسني مبارك
ولأن نصوص الدستور لن تتغير الان كلها ولكن بعضها حتي يتم عمل دستور جديد للبلاد فسوف تكون المناصب الجديدة في يد الرئيس الجديد , وطبعا هذه النصوص سوف تتغير في الدستور الجديد لأن اختصاصات رئيس الجمهورية في الدستور الحالي واسعة جدا وفضفاضة جدا , ولكن يجب اولا أن يحدث حوار حول الشكل القانوني للدولة أسيكون رئاسيا خالصا مثل أمريكا أم برلمانيا خالصا مثل بريطانيا وإسرائيل أم خليطا مثل نظامنا المصري ؟ لأن كل نظام يكون للرئيس فيه دور محدد , وأظن أنا( كوكو) أن النظام المختلط هو الأفضل لمصر .
