يعني تقصد يتقدم مرشحون للهيئة التأسيسية ويتم انتخابهم بالطريق المباشر ؟ , طيب افرض الانتخابات أفرزت مجموعة من الحزب الوطني والإخوان لأنهم هم الأكثر تنظيما الآن حسب التخوفات السائدة عند انتخاب مجلس الشعب وفي نفس الوقت أنت تطلب عدم الاستفتاء علي هذا الدستور , هل هذا سيكون حلا مقبولا ؟

وإذا تم اختيار الهيئة التأسيسية بالتعيين فربما لا يكون هناك توافق علي هؤلاء الأعضاء من جميع التيارات

نحن في مشكل دستوري

من الممكن كحل وسط أن نعود لفكرة الأستاذ بهجت مع تعديلها بحيث يتم الاستفتاء علي المواد المعدلة والمحذوفة والمضافة ثم يتم انتخاب مجلس الشعب بعد ستة شهور , أي نطيل المدة , حتي تستطيع الأحزاب ترجمة نفسها في الشارع , ثم تأليف لجنة تأسيسية حسب رأي نواب الشعب لعمل دستور جديد , فالشعب اختار النواب والنواب سيختارون اللجنة التأسيسية , في هذه الأثناء يتم انتخاب رئيس الجمهورية , فإذا أفرز الدستور الجديد بعد الاستفتاء عليه نظام قانوني مختلف للدولة من حيث اختصاصات الرئيس , تكون اختصاصات الرئيس طبقا له وليس طبقا للدستور الذي جري الانتخاب في ظله لأن تغيير الدستور يعني إعلاء سيادة الشعب وإرادته فوق كل سيادة وإرادة .
وبهذا يمكن التقدم خطوة لنتفرغ لباقي المشاكل وأهمها الناحية الاقتصادية
