الحضانة للنساء وليس للرجال سواء أرضعت أم لم ترضع , سكنت أم لم تسكن
والحضانة حق للمحضون ( الطفل ) وليس للحاضن
وفي حالة رفض الحاضنة للحضانة لا تنتقل للرجال ولكن لنساء أيضا ومرتبات ترتيبا حسب القرابة من المحضون
أرجو أن تراجع قبل أن تكتب
