«فرانس 24» ترفع دعوى «انتحال وظيفة وشخصية» ضد موظفين في السفارة السورية

بعد اللغط حول تقديم السفيرة السورية في باريس استقالتها

قررت قناة «فرانس 24» الإخبارية الفرنسية أمس رفع دعوى أمام النائب العام الفرنسي بتهمة «انتحال وظيفة وشخصية» بعد وقوعها ضحية تلاعب من جانب امرأة ادعت أنها السفيرة السورية في باريس وأعلنت استقالتها من منصبها، وذلك بحسب بيان صادر عن القناة.

وكانت القناة الفرنسية بثت مساء الثلاثاء تصريحات لامرأة قدمت نفسها على أنها السفيرة السورية في فرنسا لمياء شكور، وأعلنت فيها استقالتها رفضا «لدورة العنف» في سوريا. إلا أن شكور سارعت إلى نفي هذه التصريحات، مشيرة إلى أن امرأة انتحلت صفتها، وأعلنت نيتها التقدم بشكوى ضد قناة «فرانس 24» واضعة خبر استقالتها في إطار «الحملة الإعلامية التشويهية والتزييفية المغرضة ضد سوريا».

بدورها، أعلنت «فرانس 24» أمس رفعها «دعوى انتحال وظيفة وشخصية عاملين في سفارة الجمهورية العربية السورية لدى فرنسا».

وأوضحت القناة في بيانها أنها قامت أول من أمس بدعوة السفيرة السورية لدى فرنسا للمشاركة في برنامج على هوائها خصص للوضع السياسي في سوريا. «وقد أرسلت هذه الدعوة إلى السفارة إثر اتصال هاتفي ومراسلة بالبريد الإلكتروني». وأضافت القناة الفرنسية أن السفارة زودتها «برقم هاتفي على أساس أنه رقم السيدة السفيرة، وبصورة عرضت على القناة. وبناء على هذا الرقم الهاتفي، تمت المداخلة على الهواء مباشرة بالفرنسية والإنجليزية على قناة (فرانس 24) وفيها أعلنت السفيرة استقالتها الفورية».

ولفتت «فرانس 24» إلى أن وكالة «رويترز» للأنباء أكدت الخبر نفسه «وكان مصدرها سفارة الجمهورية العربية السورية لدى فرنسا». وتابع البيان «إثر ذلك كذّبت السيدة لمياء شكور هذه التصريحات على قنوات أخرى ونددت بانتحال الشخصية. واتصلت قناة (فرانس 24) بالسيدة السفيرة للاستفسار والتوضيح إلا أنها رفضت التحدث عبر قناتنا». وأضافت القناة «(فرانس 24) لا يسعها إلا أن تأخذ علما بالتصريحات التي نفتها السيدة السفيرة وهي قامت بالتحليل المقارن الذي أظهر أننا بصدد صوتين مختلفين: صوت المداخلة على (فرانس 24) مساء يوم الثلاثاء وصوت مداخلة تكذيب الخبر على القناة الفرنسية (بي إف إم تي في)».

وختمت القناة الفرنسية بيانها بالقول «لا تشك قناة (فرانس 24) في أن السيدة شكور وسفارة الجمهورية العربية السورية اللتين سارعتا إلى التنديد بتلاعب قد تكونان ضحيته مثل (فرانس 24) في دعمهما الكامل لهذه الدعوى ومساعدتها في التحقيقات التي سيتم إجراؤها بعد هذه الدعوى»
