من الصعب جدا توقع النتيجة. لأن الانتخابات سيكون مهيمنا عليها الكثير من الهواجس و المخاوف و النكايات و التعصبات و سيكون انتخاب البرامج السياسية آخر هم المنتخب.
لكن لنصغ السؤال بشكل آخر.
لو حصل كما يطالب الطرطوسي: أي عودة الهدوء, الأسد في الرئاسة, ما تبقى من الدولة لانتخابات حرة البعث غير مرشح لها.
في ظل القانون الحالي أي انتخابات على أساس المحافظة و بدون نسبية.
فوز الإسلاميين بجميع مقاعد محافظات حلب و ريفها إدلب دير الزور الرقة القنيطرة و درعا.
و هذه عددها 20+32+7+14+8+5+10=96 مقعدا
بالنسبة لمحافظات دمشق ريف دمشق حماه إذا كان هناك أكثر من تيار إسلامي فقد يلجأ التيار الأكثر اعتدالا لإنشاء تحالفات مع احزاب علمانية لمواجهة التيار الأكثر تعصبا أما في حالة وجود جبهة إسلامية متماسكة فستفوز أيضا بجميع مقاعد هذه المحافظات.
لنفترض أنه حدثت تحالفات بالفعل فأخذ الإسلاميون نصف هذه المقاعد أي( 29+19+22)/2=35 مقعدا للإسلاميين و 35 مقعدا للعلمانيين الذي سيتوزعون ما بين الحزب السوري القومي و الحزب الشيوعي و الأحزاب القومية العربية
بالنسبة لمحافظة حمص فهي المحافظة الوحيدة التي ستشهد معركة انتخابية مفتوحة على كل الاحتمالات و ستشهد بالتأكيد الكثير من التحالفات الإسلامية العلمانية.لعله بنتيجة التحالفات سينقسم نواب المحافظة الـ23 إلى 12 علمانيين و 11 إسلاميين.
بالنسبة لمحافظة الحسكة فسيكتسحها الأحزاب الكردية التي ستشكل على الأغلب تحالفا فيما بينها. و غالبية هذه الأحزاب ذات توجه يساري. عدد نوابها 14
بالنسبة لمحافظتي اللاذقية و طرطوس فستذهبان في الغالب للحزب السوري القومي الاجتماعي. و عدد نوابهما 13+17=30
و بالنسبة لمحافظة السويداء فللحزب الشيوعي. عدد نوابها 6.
بالنتيجة سيحصل الإسلاميون على 96+35+11=142 نائبا من أصل 250 أي نسبة 57%
و سيحصل العلمانيون على 108 نواب.
هذا في حال بقي عدد نواب المحافظات هو نفسه لأن عدد نواب المحافظات تم توزيعه حسب عدد السكان عام 1970 و لكن النسب اليوم تغيرت بشكل حاد و لمصلحة المحافظات ذات التوجه الإسلامي فإن أي قانون جديد سيزيد من حصة هذه المحافظات.
