حوار مكي مع التلفزيون
أكد المستشار احمد مكي على انه التقي ببعض أعضاء مجلس الشعب لتقديم "قانون السلطة القضائية"ودراسته فى البرلمان.

وطالب بأن يكون هذا هو أول يتخذه المجلس في هذا الوقت لانعدام الثقة في معظم مؤسسات الدولة من جانب الشعب ولا توجد مؤسسة جاهزة لاستعادة هذا الثقة غير القضاء.

وفى هذا الشأن أعلن مكي أنه ستكون هناك خطوات جذرية لضمان فصل السلطة القضائية عن السلطة التنفيذية الممثلة في رئيس الجمهورية أو وزير العدل لتحقيق مبدأ استقلال القضاء.

وفيما يخص اختيار النائب العام أشار مكي إلي أنه سيكون من القضاة و لا تزيد مدته عن أربعة سنوات وأن يشترط في تعيينه موافقة مجلس القضاء وأن يحوز على ثقة الجمعية العمومية وأكد على أنه لن يقوم النائب العام بحلف اليمين أمام رئيس الجمهورية كما كان يحدث في السابق.

وأوضح انه سيتم إقرار قانون يسمح للمواطن الفرد بحقه في تحريك الدعوى مباشرة أمام المحكمة فيما يخص قضايا الفساد والتعذيب ليكون القضاء قادرا على مكافحة الفساد الذي استفحل في البلاد في السنوات الأخيرة.

وعلى جانب آخر أشار مكي إلي أن المطالبات المتكررة بالعصيان المدني والإضراب سوف تؤدي إلي مزيد من الفوضى والدمار.

وذكر حديث الرسول صلي الله عليه وسلم في باب الفتن بقوله" ستكون فتن القاعد فيها خير من القائم والقائم فيها خير من الماشي والماشي فيها خير من الساعي من تشرف لها تستشرفه فمن وجد منها ملجأ أو معاذا فليعذ به.

وأضاف أن الجيش حصن مصر فحينما كان يحدث استعمارا للبلاد فان أول ما يعمل عليه المحتل هو انهيار الجيش ويعمل على تفكيكه كما حدث في عهد محمد على والاستعمار البريطاني وقال أننا قاتلنا كثيرا لكي يكون لدينا جيش قوي وإذا سقط فسوف تتحول مصر إلى صومال أخر.
