كشفت أدلة الثبوت في قضية التمويل الأجنبي للمنظمات الأمريكية‏,‏ التي تنفرد الأهرام بنشرها‏,‏ عن مفاجأة من العيار الثقيل‏,‏ إذ بلغت قيمة الأموال التي قدمتها الولايات المتحدة لـ‏68‏ منظمة‏1.2‏ مليار جنيه‏.


في الوقت الذي مازالت القضية تتفاعل في أعلي دوائر صنع القرار الأمريكي, ونقلت وكالات الانباء العالمية تحذيرات رئيس الأركان نواب الكونجرس من عواقب تدمير العلاقات مع الجيش المصري.


ووفق مصادر صحفية أفادت الأدلة بأن هناك31 منظمة من بين المنظمات الثماني والستين, تعمل بدون ترخيص, وبرغم ذلك حصلت علي511 مليونا خلال العام الماضي, ومن بين هذه المنظمات, المعهدان الجهموري والديمقراطي الأمريكيان, ومنظمة فريدوم هاوس, والمركز الدولي للصحفيين.


ولفتت الأدلة الانتباه إلي أن الحكومتين الأمريكية والألمانية زادتا من حجم التمويل لمنظماتيهما العاملة في مصر خلال الأشهر الأخيرة من العام الماضي بنسبة80%. وطبقا للأدلة, فإن كل متدرب لدي هذه المنظمات كان يحصل علي مبلغ شهري يصل إلي13 ألف جنيه مصري.


وخلال التحقيقات, التي أجراها قضاة التحقيق, أفاد جون توماستفبيسكي مدير تدريب الأحزاب السياسية بالمعهد الجمهوري, بأنه أعطي تدريبا علي الجوانب الفنية للحملات الانتخابية لممثلي الأحزاب.
ونقلت صحيفة الاهرام عن ليلي جعفر مديرة البرامج بالمعهد الديمقراطي,قولها أن49 حزبا سياسيا مصريا تلقت تدريبا في العام الماضي بالمعهد. وقد ألقي تقرير للمخابرات العامة المصرية, الضوء علي أهداف التمويل الأجنبي للمنظمات غير الحكومية المصرية, حيث أشار إلي أنه استهدف محاولة التأثير علي العملية السياسية, وخدمة تيارات سياسية محددة, وبما يخدم أغراض الجهات الممولة.
