بعد التحية الطيبة الى جميع الاخوة المشاركين (f)

اولا :
بالنسبة لموسى عليه السلام
فهو لم يرتكب كبيرة القتل لانه قتل كافرا دفاعا عن مؤمن استغاث به فقد قتله بالحق و كل الشرائع و الاديان تجيز قتل الكافر دفاعا عن المؤمن بل تجيز قتل المؤمن الذى يبغى على مؤمن اخر محاولا قتله .

في العيون، بإسناده إلى علي بن محمد بن الجهم قال: حضرت مجلس المأمون و عنده الرضا (عليه السلام)»

قال الرضا (عليه السلام):
إن موسى (عليه السلام) دخل مدينة من مدائن فرعون على حين غفلة من أهلها و ذلك بين المغرب و العشاء فوجد فيها رجلين يقتتلان هذا من شيعته و هذا من عدوه»؟
قال: يقول: وضعت نفسي غير موضعها بدخول هذه المدينة فاغفر لي أي استرني من أعدائك لهما و هو من شيعته قال: يا موسى أ تريد أن تقتلني كما قتلت نفسا بالأمس؟ إن تريد إلا أن تكون جبارا في الأرض - و ما تريد أن تكون من المصلحين. قال المأمون: جزاك الله عن أنبيائه خيرا يا أبا الحسن.

القران الكريم وصف الذى قتله موسى عليه السلام ب(العدو)

فهل قتل العدو من الكبائر ؟؟؟؟
ام هل قتل العدو من الصغائر ؟؟
خصوصا ان كان دفاعا عن اخ مؤمن من نفس الملة و الدين ؟؟؟
