حسب قوانين جميع دول العالم : كاتب العبارة السابقة يعتبر مرتكب جريمة تحض على الكراهية و العنف و يستحق السجن عدة سنوات على اقل تقدير.  

هذه عبارة نازية تحرض على ابادت مجتمعات و ثقافات باكملها. بعض المصابين في " عمى الالوان"  سيشعرون ببخطورة العبارة السابقة بعد استبدالهم كلمة الاسلام بكلمة اليهود او المسيحيين او اي كلمة ترمز لشعب او ثقافة.

كما أنها عبارة خاطئة تاريخيّا ومنطقيّا، فالحروب والنزاعات والاضطرابات كانت موجودة قبل ظهور الإسلام ، ومنذ عصور ما قبل التاريخ، وسوف تستمر حتى لو اختفى الإسلام من على الأرض؟، لأنّ الأنانيّة والميل إلى الجريمة والعدوانيّة هي صفات موجودة في الإنسان بغض النظر عن الأديان.

لا قيمة لهذه الكلمات التي قالها الكاتب لأنّها تعبّر فقط عن مشاعر شخصيّة للكاتب مليئة بالكراهية ولا تحاول تقصّي الحقيقة بشكل موضوعي.

كما أنّه تصرف بغباء حينما كتب اسمه الحقيقي.
