الحكومة تحاول ترقيع الخط الهمايوني بدلا من الغائه



الرئيس يفوض المحافظين بالترخيص ببناء أو ترميم الكنائس


أصدر الرئيس حسني مبارك قرارا جمهوريا بتفويض المحافظين بالترخيص للطوائف الدينية المسيحية بهدم كنيسة وإقامة كنيسة محلها وفي ذات موقعها او اجراء تعديلات في كنيسة قائمة. وينص القرار ان البت في الترخيص يكون بعد اخذ رأي الجهات المعنية خلال 30 يوما من تاريخ تقديم الطلب.. ولا يجوز رفض الطلب إلا بقرار مسبب.
كما ينص القرار في مادته الثانية ان يكون ترميم او تدعيم منشآت كنيسة قائمة بموجب اخطار كتابي من مسئولي الكنيسة الي الجهة الادارية المختصة بشئون التنظيم في كل محافظة كما نص القرار علي إلغاء قرار رئيس الجمهورية رقم 453 لسنة 1999 والخاص باجراءات ترميم دور العبادة.
