عند الشافعية لا احترام لماء الزنا بالمرة ظ,ممكن رجل ان يتزوج ابنتة من زانية ,يعني ببساطة لو زنا بامراة يقدر ان يتزوج من البنت ,لان لا نسبة لابن الزنا ,هو رأي متفرد فية الشافعي ,ولكن بقية المذاهب الاسلامية ,تحرم الزواج نسل الزانية التي زنا فيها الشخص ,وياخذون الحديث على منحى وعظي او ترهيبي, بالاخير مهما كان ان النسل من زانية لايورث وهذة معروف ولكن يقدر الاب ان يورث من الثلث الذي من حقة التصرف فيه الى ابنة الغير الشرعي ,هي شرعية عادلة على ما اظن يعني لها منافذ كثيرة ولكن بالاخير ابن الزنا تعتبر عقوبة ردعية وليست اجراء قمعي في ذلك الوقت .

يقدر ان يرث جزء من مال ابية حقا وشرعا والبنت من الزنا كذلك وهاكذا .
