في القران نفسة يذكر ان النبي داود ..الملك داود كان يرسم اشكال توضيحة لسكان مملكتة لا اذكر الاية بالتحديد ..اذا لم تكن هناك اشارات واضحة في القران بمنع التصوير والتماثيل, والاصل في الاشياء الاباحة ..ونبي من انبياء الله فعل هذا ومع العلم ان الحديث يقول : ما بعث نبي الا كان حسن الصوت, دواود عندما كان يشدو بمزاميرة كانت الطيور تتراقص في السماء ..ارجع واقول ان الاصل في الاشياء الاباحة اذا لم يكن هناك نص صريح بالتحريم ..وهناك نص اخر يقول :" اعرضو الحديث على عقولكم ,وفي بعض الرويات على القران ان عارضة فاطرحوة كائن ما كان ".

الاباحة هي الاصل ,ما بعث الله نبي الا كان حسن الصوت .. اذن على ماذا هذة التحريمات ,والتي حسب فكرة النيهوم من اصول تلمدوية توراتية دست في الاسلام .

ملاحظة اخيرة: اجمل ما شدت به السيدة فيروز المغنية لبنانية من اصل ديني بحت ,اغنية زورني في السنة مرة هي اصلا نشيد ديني لملا عثمان الموصلي " زور لي قبر الرسول مرة"الظاهرة الصوتية التي هزت عرش سلطان عبد الحميد عندما كان يعزف الملا عثمان الموصلي في بلاط السلطان ..لان الرجل يتبع الطريقة المولوية في التصوف ومن اساس هذة الطريقة الذكر مع عزف الناي ..سيد درويش المغني المصري الاشهر كان تلميذ الملا عمثان الموصلي .

مع الاشارة ان هناك تمثال قرب كراج الموصل الكبير لملا عثمان الموصلي عميد كل صوت جميل وفنان من الطراز الاول مع انه رجل دين ولكن ظاهرة موسيقية فريدة في عصرة .
