بعد التحية والتقدير


1-
الشكوى موجهة ضد شخص (محرر1)، وهذا ممنوع في لوائح النادي، حيث يجب تقديم الشكوى ضد إجراء أو مخالفة فقط وليس ضد أشخاص. لذلك، سيتم إغلاق هذه الشكوى مع الاحتفاظ بحق اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة.


2- تخالف هذه الشكوى التعميم الخاص بساحة الشكاوي لاتباعها النهج الإنشائي واستباقها للأحكام وهذا مرفوض في اي شكوى.


3-
تم إغلاق الموضوع المذكور بالتشاور مع مشرفي ساحة الأديان وقد اتفقوا أن الموضوع امتلأ بالمهاترات مما أبعده عن الهدف الحواري. وإغلاق الموضوع كان قانونياً.


4-
نذكركم بالبند 7 - ج من وثيقة النادي الذي ينص على أن تقدير المخالفة متروك للمشرفين ثم لإدارة النادي.
