بعد التحية والتقدير

آ - بخصوص الموضوع:

الموضوع مخالف لستة بنود من وثيقة نادي الفكر العربي:
1- الموضوع المذكور مخالف لبنود وثيقة النادي التالية: 4 ب + 4 ج + 4 د + 4 هـ.
2- الموضوع ذاته مخالف للبند 3 ح.
3- الموضوع ذاته مخالف للبند 3 هـ.
وهي أسباب كافية لإغلاق الموضوع.


ب - بخصوص هذه الشكوى:

1- هذه الشكوى مخالفة للبند 7 أ.
2- هذه الشكوى مخالفة للتعميم الخاص بساحة الشكاوي.
3- هذه الشكوى مخالفة للتعميم الإداري بخصوص التبليغات والرسائل والشكاوى. وتتضمن طعناً مباشراً بنزاهة المشرف (أغلق بدون سبب).
4- عنوان الشكوى ومضمونها يندرجان تحت أحكام البند ( 8 - و ). فهذا تخريب للنادي عن طريق الطعن غير المباشر في نزاهة إدارته وهو اتهام للنادي ككل بالتستر على الحقائق، في حين أن الموضوع المغلق يحمل كل ذلك الكم من المخالفات.

ج - تؤكد الإدارة قرار المشرف بإغلاق الموضوع، وتغلق هذه الشكوى لمخالفاتها واستيفائها المضمون، وتغلق أي شكوى أخرى بهذا الخصوص.

د - تحتفظ الإدارة بحق اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة لكل ما سبق مخالفات صريحة.

هـ - تأمل الإدارة من الأعضاء الكرام قراءة التعميمات والوثيقة جيداً وطرح الشكاوى بصيغة صحيحة. الشكوى للإعلام والاستعلام في حال الاعتقاد بوجود خطأ ما، وليست مجالاً للتكهنات المتسرعة وطرح الاتهامات والتشكيك بنزاهة نادي الفكر العربي ومشرفيه. ونذكركم دوما بالبند 7 - ج الذي ينص على أن تقرير المخالفة يعود للمشرف ثم الإدارة فقط.
