الليبرالية ....بين السماء و الأرض .
في كتاب الانسان الاخير ..المؤلف فوكوياما ..ذكر مثل رائع ..عن ترابط القوي بين الاقتصاد واليبرالية ..تكلم عن وزير الاقتصاد في عصر فرنكو ..الذي فكر في تصنيع البلد ..انشاء المصانع ..وتحفيز القرويين على الهجرة الى المدن ..وبشكل تلقائي مع تحلق العمال الجدد حول المصانع ..وقلة الولادت ..والجيل الجديد الذي يعيش في بيئة نظيفة ودرس دراسة جامعية راقية ..وانشاء النقابات ..وهذة الاشياء تأتي بشكل تلقائي مع التصنع والعيش في جو مفعم بالافكار والحوار ..طبيعي يدخل البلد الى عصر الحداثة ..وقفزت اسبانيا من دولة شبة بدائية الى عملاق مجمل صادرتة يوازي انتاج كل الوطن العربي ..

ولكن في نفس الكتاب يتكلم عن الاعتقاد الذي يرجع الناس الى الوراء ..مثل كميات الذهب المهولة الغير مستعملة في الهند ..وسبب هو الاعتقاد الهندوسي يتقديس هذا المعدن ..يحرم البلد من رقم فلكي من الدولارات ..كذلك الابقار التي تتبختر في شوارع .


يعني عوامل التخلف هي كثيرة ..الاعتقاد ..الاديان السائدة ..ومن الممكن ان يكون الدين ايضا عامل للتطوير ..مثل البروتستانتية ..خاصة في فكرة الخلاص عن طريق العمل فقط العمل ..وفي نفس الهند نجد طائفة متفوقة وهم "السيخ" لايمانهم ان العمل شي مقدس ..خاصة العمل المشرف ..ان تكون مالك ارض ..او صاحب مهنة رفيعة في الجيش ..

الاعتقاد دفع طائفة تشكل 2 بالمائة من الشعب الهندي ان تكون ذات نفوذ هائل واقتصاد قوي جدا.

المهم غير ما في العقول تحصل على شي جيد .
