الاشكال الشرعي في استخدام مصطلح "كردستان" ... بدل شمال العراق


ان استخدام مصطلح "كردستان"، والتي تعني "ارض الاكراد"، هو ظلم وعنصرية مقيتة، واعتراف باغتصاب حقوق واراضي القوميات الغير كردية (مع احترامنا للشعب الكردي)، ولاسيما نحن التركمان.


فالتركمان سكنوا في شمال العراق قبل مئات السنين، وقبل العثمانيين. حيث انشئوا الدولة الصفوية (التركمانية) والدولة السلجوقية (التركمانية) وغيرها مما زال اثارها موجودة في شمال العراق. في حين لم يكن لاخواننا الاكراد اي وجود يذكر في كل العراق. وما هجرتهم الى العراق الا بعد اكتشاف النفط في كركوك وازدهار الاقتصاد في الشمال. فلم يكن يشكل الاكراد اية غالبية هناك قبل الاحتلال البريطاني للعراق.


كما يشهد على بطلان دعوى "كردستان" هو مقابرنا الواسعة في مدن كركوك واربيل وطوزخورماتو وغيرها من مدن الشمال الواقعة الان تحت سيطرة (احتلال) الكردستانيين، والتي هي اقدم واكثف من مقابر اخواننا الاكراد. ويؤيد هذه الحقيقة ايضا مذكرات الرحالة القدماء وسجلات دائرة المعارف البريطانية القديمة، (بعيدا عن الاحصائيات التي كانت تتدخل فيها الايادي العنصرية والتعديلات السياسية)


ونحن كمسلمين نؤمن ان يوم القيامة سوف يحصي علينا كل كلمة نطقناها باللسان او كتبناها بالقلم، واننا نذكر انفسنا ونذكركم باننا سوف نختصم يوم القيامة مع كل من استخدم مصطلح "كردستان" وعنى بها اي منطقة تدخل فيها محافظة اربيل ودهوك، فضلا عن كركوك وديالى والموصل.


لذلك فاننا نهيب بكل من سمع مقالتنا واعطانا الحق في ما اوردناه، او اراد ان يبحث بنفسه تاريخ المنطقة وسكانها الى ان يحصل له الاطمئنان بالامر، بأن يستخدم مصطلح "شمال العراق". فان ذلك ائمن في يوم الاخرة وادرأ للشبهة

وختاما ... نساله سبحانه وتعالى ان ينعم على العراقيين بالعيش الامن والسلام الدائم في عراق يسوده المساواة والعدالة بين عربه وكرده وتركمانه وغيرهم من العراقيين ... أنه سميع مجيب


ملاحظة: حتى مدينة السليمانية سميت كذلك نسبة الى السلطان التركي سليمان الذي اسسها لتكون مسكنا لأحد فصائل جيشه، والتي كانت تتكون من ابناء القومية الكردية.
