يا أخ حارث لا تكن كمن قال "لا تقربوا الصلاة"!!!

رسل لم ينكر الأخلاق ولكنه اعترض على "ديكتاتورية الأغلبية" الناتجة عن تشريع الأغلبية الديمقراطية.

ما نقلته هنا يمكن تلخيصه كما يلي:

1. الأخلاق هي مجموعة قيم
2. تتمظهر كأفعال
3. وسيلتها التقنين (أو التنظيم)
4. وهدفها تنظيم الإجتماع
5. أو العبادة (علاقة الإنسان مع ذاته وخالقة).

النقاط الاربعة الأولى هي نقاط مشتركة بين المنظومتين الإنسانية (الوضعية) والدينية (القدسية). أما النقطة الأهيرة فهي لا تهمّ الإنسانيين على الإطلاق الا فيما يتعلّق بنتائج علاقة الإنسان مع ذاته على المجتمع (محاولة الإنتحار مثلا).

من هذا المنطلق، يظهر أنه من الممكن إفتراض عدم وجود إشكالية أخلاقية حقيقية بين المنظومتين الدينية والإنسانية .. فكلاهما يسعى الى الأهداف ذاتها.

لكن بالطبع هناك مشكلة، وهي مشكلة التشريع. وبالرغم من أن كيفية التشريع غير مهمّة، غير أن مصدر التشريع هو لب الإشكالية.

الإنسانيون (أو الوضعيون) يرفضون التشريع المبني على القدسية ويفضلون التشريع المبني على التجربة وإحتياجات الإجتماع الإنسانية.

والدينيون يزعمون أن الدين لا يتناقض مع العقل وأن بإمكانه، كمصدر، أن يتجاوب ويتناسق مع التجربة وإحتياجات الإجتماع.

وبرأيي المتواضع، توجد مشاكل في كلا المنظومتين. فكلاهما معرّض للشوائب وتسلّط الأفراد (البشر) لأن المشرّع، في كلتا الحالتين هو ألإنسان ذاته.
