في البداية هل مصر دولة دستورية أم مجرد دولة لها دستور !

الإجابة بكل تأكيد هي دولة لها دستور وهو عبارة عن منحة لا غير من الرئيس المؤمن "انور السادات" و السادات هو من أتى بالاخوان للعمل العام ، اذا لا فرق بين نهج الدولة الحالى و نهج الإخوان على اساس انهما يضعان المفهوم الثيوقراطي للحكم قبل سيادة القانون العصري

الحل الوحيد إن الدستور المصري بشكله الحالي يحتاج إلى تغيير أساسي لتتنقل مصر من دولة شمولية ثيوقراطية امنية إلى دولة ديموقراطية تكفل الحريات للجميع

و الأهم من ذلك ان الاحزاب المصرية الكبرى وفد و تجمع وناصري وغد ، ترفض هذا الدستور وغالبيتها لم تتفاعل مع النظام الدستوري الحالي ، التجمع والناصري رفضوا الدخول في انتخابات الرئاسة الاخيرة ، والوفد قاطع الانتخابات البرلمانية من قبل اكثر من مرة !!

الا الإخوان المسلمون فهي مجرد فرصة امامهم ويتخذون أي الطرق التي توصلهم الى اهدافهم حتى لو كانت غير شريفة ، فبدل الاتحاد مع الاحزاب المصرية في رفضهم لذلك الدستور ، نجدهم يتمسكون به مادام سيحقق اهدافهم .
