ويوجد قرطبة الأندلس وقرطبة بالأرجنيتين ...
ويوجد الآن أكثر من 30 قاهرة
وعشرات الإسكندريات ...
أنا معلومتي تأكدت منها من معجم البلدان لياقوت الحموي.
وهو عنده ترشيش ثالثة -على فرض أنه يوجد واحدة في جنوب إسبانيا فعلا!-
وهذه من معجم البلدان:
اقتباس: ترشيش: بالضم ثم السكون وكسر الشين الأولى معجمة وياء، ناحية من أعمال نيسابور وهي اليوم ييد الملاحدة وهي طريثيث وستذكر في حرف الطاء.  
ترشيش: بالفتح، هو اسم مدينة تونس التي بإفريقية، قال الحسن بن رشيق القروي: ترشيش اسم مدينة تونس بالرومية، وقال أبو الحسن محمد بن أحمد بن خليفة التونسي الطريدي وكان قد خرج من تونس بسبب غلام هويه فكتبت إليه والدته:          
 وأنت امرؤ منا خلقت لغيرنا                      حياتك لا نفع وموتك فاجع  
قال: فتغفل أهله ودخل دارهم وكتب على حائطها:          
 سقيا لمن لم يكن ترشيش منزله                      ولا رأى دهره من أهلها أحدا  
 دارا إذا زرت أقواما أحبـهـم                      بها أزارتني الأحزان والكمدا
