هل يحق للمجتمع ان يعالج المثليين الجنسيين بالقوة؟
الامارات تعتقل مثليين جنسين وتشير تصريحات مسؤوليها بأنها ستعرضهم للعلاج بالقوة، فهل يحق لهم ذلك؟ وهل المثليية الجنسية مرض ؟ وهل يحق للمجتمع اجبار المصاب به على تلقي العلاج ضد ارادته؟

يقول الخبر:
اعتقل 26 شخصا من مثليي الجنس معظمهم من مواطني الامارات الاحد بينما كانوا يشاركون في "عرس جماعي" في فندق قرب ابوظبي.

وقال مصدر امني اماراتي طلب عدم الكشف عن هويته ان الموقوفين يمكن ان يتعرضوا لعقوبة السجن لمدة قد تصل الى خمس سنوات والجلد، بموجب القانون الجزائي الذي يستند الى احكام الشريعة الاسلامية. واضاف "في حال ادانتهم سيتم تحويلهم الى النيابة العامة التي ستحدد سبل علاجهم" وعقوباتهم

المتحدث باسم وزارة الداخلية الاماراتية قال ان هؤلاء الموقوفين سيخضعون لعلاج هرموني ونفسي امرت به الحكومة

اليس هذا اضطهادا غير مقبول؟ مارأيك بذلك؟
