أيها العزيز أنا أطالبك أيضاً بالخوض في الموضوع .. :?:

فأنت في المحصلة وضحت على أن الشريعة بكل ثراها وقيودها تقوم على مجموعة مبادئ، لكنك لم تمض في مشروعك لبرهان أنها صالحة لكل زمان ومكان ولم تقرن نظريتك بأي تطبيق عملي على مر العصور والقرون الغابرة ..

أطالبك بالمقابل أن تفعل :)

أو على الأقل حدد لي أسئلتك .. !!

وأنا بالمقابل أطالبك بالبرهان على أنها قابلة على مواكبة العصر أين رؤيتك حول الموضوع ؟


فأنا لا أريد المضي في الدوران حول المبادئ ككلام نظري أو فلسفي، لأن أواخر القرن الماضي ومطلع الألفية الثالثة جاءت بمقولة أن الإسلام هو الحل أي أن الإسلام يحمل مشروعاً محدداً مقنناً فما هو طال عمرك :)



حدد لي مسارك وإلى أين تريد الإبحار وسأواكبك شريطة أن لا نقتصر على الأمنيات أو حصر الشريعة الإسلامية في مبادئ لم تمنحها أمثلة واضحة.
