سأعود بشرح مطوّل لاستفساراتك .. إنّما سأجيبك سريعاً بشكل مبدئي على تساؤلك التالي :

من مصطلحات التحليل النفسي .. مصطلح أسمه (النكوص) .. والنكوص هو العودة إلى حالة سابقة من حالات الإشباع .. خلال الحياة الفرديّة ..
ومن المراحل التي يمرّ بها الإنسان في بناء شخصيّته هي "المرحلة الشرجيّة العدوانيّة" وهي ثاني مرحلة .. بعد الفمويّة .. وقبل القضيبيّة .. والكمونيّة .. وفي هذه المرحلة .. يقوم الطفل بالحصول على إشباعه الجنسي من خلال الشرج (عن طريق التغوّض حتى) ..

لذا .. مداعبة الشرج (عند الكبر) .. هو عبارة عن "نكوص" إلى هذه المرحلة الطفليّة ..
مع العلم .. أنّ هناك أمراض عصابيّة عديدة .. سببها النكوص .. منها العصاب الوسواسي .. (نكوص إلى آخر المرحلة الشرجيّة .. وهي مرحلة نرجسيّة)
