كتاب ولفنسون بالعربية ، لذا يعد بمثابة النسخة الأم وإنجيل الطفولة لميلاد بحث علمي يرتكن إليه نقدًا أو ببناء حلقة مجددة تساعد في كشف الضوء كما قلت ، وسيأكل الوقت معي أكلا لذا لا تعجل في عمله وخذ وقتك إن كنت انا المعني بالأمر شاكرًا فضلك ..

نجد مقتطفات سريعة في الكتابات- (وليس الأبحاث لأني كما قلت لم اجد بحسب بحثي (ونكشي)بحوثًا مستقلة تخص كعب بالعربية - عن كعب الأحبار وعلى الرغم من اعتباره شخصية قلقة في تاريخ الفكر الإسلامي تراثيًا (أقول هذا مُستدعيًا قول ابن عباس بشأنه وقول بنت الإمام علي بشأنه وفعل ابن عمر بن الخطاب بعد مقتل والده معه)إلا أنه يظل مسكوت عنه إسلامي ولا يمس مقامه بكلمة بحثًا فضلا عن نقده ،...وليراجع من شاء قيام البعض المتعالم بالرد على أبي ريه في أضواء السنة المحمدية بخصوص هذه النقطة
(وعلى مستوى من يفهم في علم الحديث أغلب من قاموا بالرد على أبي رية لا يفقهون علم الحديث أو يتمرسوا به ، مع تحفظي الشخصي على دراسة أبي رية في بعض معالجاته)...
أيضًا ليس بغريب على العوام أن يقاوموا فكر نقد مثل هذه الشخصيات وإن صدر النقد من سلفي ، أقول هذا بخصوص محاولة السلفي (متحولا عن النبقشبندية) رشيد رضا صاحب المنار حينما مسّ قُدس كعب الأحبار ووهب بن منبه [سوف أضع ما قاله هنافي الآتي من مشاركات ].
وعند الساده الشيعة أيضًا نجد ترحاب بأقوال توهن من شان كعب ، وعند الساده الصوفية ترفعه ،وهكذا
لم أعثر حسب طاقتي إلا على دراسة أكاديمية تعرفت على شخص كعب ومنحته الضوء بدرسه وهي مكتوبة رأسًا بالإنكليزية ولم تترجم بعد حسب علمي ، سأضع بياناتها قريبًا .. تعرفت عليها حينما أردت درس كعب وأقواله من جانب الفلكلور والأساطير والحكايات الشعبية الخرافية ، لأني كما كنت أعزم أني سأدرسه من كافة جوانبه وحسبما يقتضيه البحث العلمي كما أظن انه صوابًا إن بعد الظن علما
عُذرا لقارئ الكلام لأني اجد نفسي مستطردًا كلما واتتني فرصة للكلام
