فَوَسْوَسَ لَهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ لِيُبْدِيَ لَهُمَا مَا وُورِيَ عَنْهُمَا مِن سَوْءَاتِهِمَا وَقَالَ مَا نَهَاكُمَا رَبُّكُمَا عَنْ هَذِهِ الشَّجَرَةِ إِلاَّ أَن تَكُونَا مَلَكَيْنِ أَوْ تَكُونَا مِنَ الْخَالِدِينَ {7/20} وَقَاسَمَهُمَا إِنِّي لَكُمَا لَمِنَ النَّاصِحِينَ {7/21} (الأعراف)

وبصراحة قمتُ فقبَلتُ شيخي وصديقي هذا. وكان يجلس معنا ابنه الشاب فأخذ زمام الحديث وقال: وماذا تفعل سيدي زيد لو سمعت قصة سيدك عبد القادر الجيلاني. فألححت على الشيخ أن يقصها مبتدءًا بالسند أو توثيق لروايته. فقال لي أنهم لا يوثقون رواياتهم بالمعنى المفهوم عندنا نحن إخوانهم السنة. وإنما التوثيق هو أن يأخذوها عن مشايخهم ولا تتعارض مع كتاب الله عز وجل. فوافقت على هذا لأستفيد. فساق لي هذه القصة:
"كان القطب سيدي عبد القادر الجيلاني من العباد الزاهدين. وكان معروفًا بوجود خطين أسودين تحت عينيه من البكاء من خشية الله خاصة وهو يتلو كتاب الله آناء الليل ساجدًا وراكعًا ومتبتلًا بين يديه الله ربه. وذات ليلة جاءه أحد الشياطين (شياطين الجن) في صورة ملاك تلفه هالة من النور ودخل على الشيخ خلوته وقال له "أبشر يا عبد القادر. إن الله رضي عنك ارفع رأسك فقد رفع عنك الصلاة فلو لم تصل فأنت كذلك ولي من أولياء الله."

صدقوني عند هذا الحد واهتز قلبي وارتجف متخيلًا أنني مكانه. وتالله لو كنت مكان الشيخ لوقتُ وسقطتُ وكان سقوطي مدويًّا. لذلك قبلت يدي شيخي وصديقي هذا ورجوته أن يكمل. فأكمل:
"فقال له سيدي عبد القادر الجيلاني: اذهب لعنك الله ورسوله والمؤمنون، فما كان لله أن يرفع شيئًا فرضه على رسوله وصحابته."
بكيتُ إلى درجة النحيب وهدأ الشيخ من روعي. وقلت له: يا الله سيدي وصديقي! أين نحن من هؤلاء؟ إن لم يرحمنا ربنا ويغفر لنا لنكونن من الخاسرين. وقال لي الشيخ أنه لم يكمل قصته بعد. فكفكفتُ دموعي واستأنفتُ الإنصات:
"فقال الشيطان بعد ظهر على حقيقته وانطفأ نوره الكاذب، نور النفاق: يا لك من عابد عالم يا عبد القادر. والله لقد أغويتُ بها 30 وليًّا من قبلك. لكن كيف عرفتني. فقال له سيدي عبد القادر: بمخالفتك لكتاب الله تعالى. فأنت تقول: إنني ولي من أولياء الله صليتُ أم لم أصل. والله يصف تارك الصلاة بأنه من الغاوين المقبل على الدنيا المدبر عن الآخرة:
فَخَلَفَ مِن بَعْدِهِمْ خَلْفٌ أَضَاعُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَاتَّبَعُوا الشَّهَوَاتِ فَسَوْفَ يَلْقَوْنَ غَيًّا {19/59} إِلَّا مَن تَابَ وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَأُوْلَئِكَ يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ وَلَا يُظْلَمُونَ شَيْئًا {19/60} (مريم)"
