هذا خبر من صحيفة "المصري اليوم" عدد اليوم ، عن إحباط محاولة تهريب خبز وقمح مدعومين إلى السوق السوداء .

من غير الطبيعي أبداً أن يكون للسلعة الواحدة سعران في نفس السوق ، فكيف حين يكون أحد السعرين أكثر من أربعة أضعاف الآخر ، ناهيك عن استخدام الخبز المدعوم كغذاء للحيوان وهو أرخص بكثير من جميع أنواع الأعلاف ، هذا باب للفساد لا يستطيع التصدي له جيش الرايخ الثالث .

رفع الدعم عن القمح و تحرير سعره ..

ليتركوا القمح للعرض و الطلب لأن سعره سيتوازن في النهاية بحسب قوانين السوق.
كل بلاد العالم تفعل ذلك ..
هذا الحل ينهي المشكلة جذريا لأنه يلقيها إلي السوق الذي يحكمه العرض و الطلب.

أنا معك يا بيوتفل مايند في ضرورة إلغاء الدعم نهائياً عن الخبز وغير الخبز (وخصوصاً وقود السيارات) ، لكن بشرط أن يتوازى ذلك مع تعويض الفئات الضعيفة في المجتمع (وأنا منهم على أية حال) ، إلغاء الدعم عن الخبز سيرفع سعر الرغيف إلى حدود 25 قرشاً فيكون على الحكومة أن تدفع ثمن ما يعادل 3 أرغفة يومياً لكل فرد من مستحقي الدعم ، وكذلك الأمر مع أنبوبة البوتوجاز وبقية السلع الأساسية .
أما ترك الأمور على المشاع بهذا الشكل فخراب بيوت مستعجل .

ممكن لو القطاع الخاص اتخذ المبادرة باستصلاح ارض جديدة وزرعها بالقمح
عموماً هناك جانب إيجابي ومهم في مسألة غلاء الحاصلات الزراعية وهو أن فائدة مؤكدة ستعود على القطاع الريفي (الفلاحين بتوع قطقط) وطبعا سينعكس على قدرتهم الشرائية وعلى الاستهلاك وهذا يساهم في دفع النمو الاقتصادي والاجتماعي .
الحكومة بالفعل رفعت سعر توريد القمح المحلي إلى 320 جنيهاً للأردب (مرشحة جداً للزيادة) بعد أن كان 180 جنيها السنة الماضية ، وإذا أضفنا الزيادة في أسعار الأرز والمحاصيل الأخرى يمكن أن نتوقع أن الريف المصري داخل على مرحلة انتعاش ربما لم يعرفها في تاريخه ، وخلي طوابير الخبز والآتوبيسات المزحمة للأفندية سكان المدن .

وعموماً أتوقع أن تحقق مصر قدراً أكبر من الاكتفاء الذاتي من القمح وربما تحقق الاكتفاء الكامل في غضون سنوات قليلة .
