مقتل شخص، واصابات واعتقالات في اليمن


قتلت قوات الامن اليمنية متظاهرا واصابت اربعة آخرين بجروح الاربعاء، إلى جانب اعتقال العشرات في رابع يوم من الاحتجاجات في محافظات جنوبي اليمن إثر موجة عنف اندلعت بسبب رفض قبول عدد من الشباب والضباط المتقاعدين في صفوف الجيش اليمني.

وقد توجه وزير الدفاع اليمني الفريق محمد ناصر الى الجنوب وطلب من قوات الجيش هناك "التعامل الحازم مع كل من يعبث بامن واستقرار البلاد".

وفي العاصمة صنعاء عقد الرئيس علي عبد الله صلاح اجتماعا طارئا مع مجلس الدفاع الوطني لمراجعة الاجراءات في المحافظات الجنوبية، حسب وكالة الانباء اليمنية الحكومية.

وقد غطت حملات قوات الامن والجيش محافظات عدن ولحج والضالع، حيث تركزت معظم الاضطرابات.

وأشارت تقديرات إلى أن عدد المعتقلين ناهز مئة وعشرين في عدة مدن جنوبي اليمن وأن نحو ستة متظاهرين على الأقل اصيبوا بجروح خطيرة في مصادمات مع رجال الشرطة.

وقال مسؤول يمني إن معظم المعتقلين من الضباط المتقاعدين ونواب البرلمان في هذه المناطق الذين نظموا المظاهرات.

وكان الجيش اليمني قد أرسل تعزيزات شملت دبابات إلى مناطق الجنوب خاصة ميناء عدن.

وكان المتظاهرون قد قطعوا لفترة وجيزة الطريق الرئيسي الذي يربط عدن بالعاصمة صنعاء.

ورغم سيطرة قوات الأمن نسبيا على الأوضاع مازال التوتر يخيم على المدن الرئيسية جنوبي البلاد.

اوضاع الجنوب

وجاء انفجار الأوضاع على هذا النحو نتيجة لتوتر ساد مؤخرا في محافظات الجنوب الذي يتهم سكانه الحكومة بعدم الاهتمام بالتنمية الاقتصادية لمناطقهم أو توفير فرص عمل لأبنائها.

ويتهم الجنوب محافظات الشمال بالسيطرة على اقتصاد البلاد و الوظائف القيادية في الحكومة منذ توحيد اليمن عام 1990 برئاسة علي عبد الله صالح.

ومما فاقم المشكلة ازمة الضباط والجنود الذين اتهموا بالمشاركة في محاولة الانفصال عن الشمال التي أجهضت عام 1994 .

فقد فر معظم هؤلاء إلى المناطق الجبلية الوعرة أو إلى السعودية ولم يعودوا إلا بعد تلقي ضمانات من الحكومة بإلحاقهم مرة أخرى بالجيش.

ويقول نحو 60 ألف شخص تقاعدوا من الجيش والوظائف العامة إنهم اجبروا على التقاعد المبكر.

وقد نظمت جمعية المحاربين القدماء جنوبي اليمن مسيرة حاشدة الأسبوع الماضي في مدينة الضالع للمطالبة بعودة المحالين للمعاش إلى الجيش.

ويقطن جنوبي اليمن نحو خمس إجمالي عدد السكان البالغ 22 مليون فرد.
