آدم صباح الخير أولاً: يوجد إختلاف شاسع بين الخنثي وهنا يكون: يملك العتاد الأنثوي وكذلك العتاد الذكري , أحدهما ظاهر والثاني خفي ؟. وهذة الحالة حتى حيرت الفقهاء من كلا الطرفين السني والشيعي وقتها وخاصةٍْ لم تتوفر حين ائذ عمليات التحويل الجنسي ,حير الفقهاء من ناحية المورايث والزواج وكم ياخذ من الميراث مع ان الاغلبية فكرة انه ياخذ حاصل جمع سهم الانثى وسهمين الرجل وفيكون الناتج ثلاثة تقسيم اثنين ,فيكون الناتج واحد ونصف ؟. المهم وهنا من فكر هل وهو ذكر يميل الى الذكورة ام انثى وذلك بفصح طريقة تبوله هل يبول وهو واقف و يبول وهو جالس مثل الاناث ؟. وتعرف الفقة الإسلامي متشعب جداً فما بالك في هكذا مسائل حساسة جداً؟

الSHEMALE هذا ذكر ,ولكن يحس من داخلة سايكولاجياً إنه انثى ويبدء في تعاطي تلك الهرمونات من اجل انبات الثديين وبعضهم والميسور منهم يسافر على سنغافورة ويجري عملية جراحية كاملة من اجل الغاء قضيبة وعمل مهبل مثل الانثى ولكن لا اعرف هل هو مهبل كامل ؟. لا اظن .

الشرع يحرم التحويل الجنسي من دون سبب ؟. وسبب هنا معروف إنه اصلاً خنثى .. وليس سايكلوجياً انثى , نفسياً انثى ممكن بسبب التربية خاصة البناتي (الذي يعيش في وسط انثوي كامل وكتحصيل حاصل تتنامى مشاعر انثوية عنده وبشكل قوي ).
