لحكومة والمعارضة فى مصر يتفقان على تعديل الدستور بعد الإستفتاء

القاهرة : اتفق رؤساء أحزاب المعارضة فى مصر، مع قيادات الحزب الوطنى الحاكم، على تعديل الدستور، بعد الإنتهاء من الإستفتاء على رئاسة الجمهورية المقرر فى سبتمبر المقبل.

وقالت مصادر صحفية فى القاهرة : إن الحكومة أبدت استياءها أكثر من مرة، بسبب التدخل الأمريكى فى الشئون الداخلية لمصر، وإن الحكومة نجحت في تحويل الجلسة المشتركة بين الحزب الحاكم والأحزاب المعارضة إلى تظاهرة معادية لهذا التدخل.

يذكر أن أحزاب المعارضة المصرية، دأبت على مطالبة الحكومة المصرية بتعديل الدستور، من أجل السماح لأكثر من مرشح بخوض انتخابات الرئاسة بدلاً من نظام الاستفتاء المعمول به حالياً إضافة إلى تقليص الصلاحيات الواسعة الممنوحة لرئيس الجمهورية، وهو ما وعدت به الحكومة ولكن عقب الإنتهاء من الاستفتاء الذي سيمنح الرئيس محمد حسني مبارك فترة رئاسية جديدة مدتها ست سنوات تبدأ من أكتوبر 2005.
