الحوار عن الأخلاق للأسف لن يؤدي إلى نتيجة ترضي أحدا
فالاخلاق نسبية والمجتمعات تختلف في الحكم على اخلاقية شسء من عدمه

على سبيل المثال
تحريم الربا في بعض الشرائع واباحته في معظم القوانين الوضعية اليوم

يا ترى لماذا هنا حرام وهناك حلال؟؟؟؟؟

كل فريق له حججه ومبرراته

طيب ومن فيهم الصح ؟؟؟؟

الاثنين يدعيان ذلك

طيب ومن الذي سيقضي بينهما؟؟؟؟

الإنسان طبعا

ولكن

الإنسان نفسه مختلف حول شرعية الربا من عدمه فكيف يكون هو القاضي

ونفس الشيء بالنسبة لباقي الأمور.

شيء صغير اريد أن أقوله
وهو أن مفهوم الاخلاق في العصر الحالي يقوم اعتمادا على الحرية الشخصية
فلو بحثنا على سبيل المثال عن الأسباب التي تدفع الآخرين لوصم الإسلام بعدم الأخلاقية في كثير من الأمور لوجدنا السبب الرئيسي هو وقوفه في وجه ما يسميه المعارض الحرية الشخصية .

عقوبة المرتد
عقوبة الزاني والزانية
الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر
الحجاب واللباس
الزواج المتعدد
الصلاة والصيام والزكاة والحج والجهاد
تحريم شرب الخمر
تحريم الربا
تحريم القمار ..... الخ
وغيرها من شرائع الإسلام

ترى من يعارض اخلاقيتها بناء على قداسة ما يسمى بالحرية الشخصية وحق المرء في العيش كما يريد والتفكير كما يريد
فالإنسان مسؤول عن نفسه والإنسان هو قاضي نفسه

بالمختصر
القضية لن يربحها أحد
فالقاضي هو الإنسان في الحالتين
