في إستراليا شهر الصيا م أو شهر الحر تقريبا في الشهر الأول أو الثاني وليس الشهر السابع ،لأن الصيف عندهم إذا لم أكن مخطئا يكون في هذه الأوقات ، والتحديد بدقة
يرجع لحسابات دقيقة تخص البلد نفسه

ما هو المعنى المقصود ب( اليسر ) في الأية الكريمة المتعلقة بالصيام؟؟؟

معنى اليسر المقصود في الأية الكريمة يخص المرضى و المسافرين ، وهذا دليل يؤكد أن الصيام ليس بالسهولة التي يتصورها البعض ، ولهذا وجدت الرخصة للمرضى
والمسافرين

لماذا يجب الإعتماد على الشهور الشمسية؟؟؟

الجواب
لأنه عند الله عز وجل عدة الشهور ب12 شهرا ولماذا العدد 12 إذا لم يكن الهدف التطابق مع وقت السنة

إذا لم يكن الهدف التطابق مع وقت السنة فلا حاجة لذكرالعدد 12

بمعنى أخر ماذا يفيد الذي يحسب العدد 12

حسب السنة القمرية العدد 12 لا يفيد في شيء مهم

بينما حسب الشهور الشمسية يتطابق العدد 12 مع وقت السنة وهذا هو المطلوب


(هل يصح ان اصلي المغرب بتوقيت السعودية عندما يكون الوقت صباحا في الولايات المتحدة بفرض اقامتي هناك؟!)

تقع مكة تحت مدار السرطان بقليل وعلى هذه الدرجة من الجهة القارة الأمريكية يكون القياس فالصلاة ليست بتوقيت السعودية في هذه الحالة، ولكن قياسا إلى الدرجة
التي تقع عليها مكة درجة خط العرض ، وبشكل عام يكون القياس على هذه الدرجة تحت مدار السرطان في جميع بلدان العالم الواقعة على الخط

لماذا مدار السرطان وليس خط الإستواء؟؟؟
الجواب

لأن النسبة الكبرى من اليابسة أقرب من القطب الشمالي والنسبة الكبرى من اليابسة أبعد قليلا عن القطب الجنوبي
وكأن درجة خط العرض التي تقع عليها مكة وكأن هذا الخط هو الفاصل بين شمال اليابسة وجنوبها
فلذلك المقياس أنسب على الدرجة التي تقع عليها مكة أنسب منه من خط الأستواء أي أنسب من خط الأستواء
