الجهاز لا يتقبل بشكل جيد الملفات الناتجة عن سكانر لكتب، فهي تبقى بشكل صور. جربت الكتاب، وهو بطيئ للغاية على الجهاز بسبب الصور. ولا يمكن تعريف حجم للحروف بسبب ذلك، مما يعني أن ميزة القراءة بالحجم الذي تفضله لا تعمل.

جربت أيضاً ملف rtf وهو أفضل صيغة للكتب التي تستطيع أن تعرفها بنفسك. ونسخت بداخله نصوصاً عربية وهنا الكارثة : الجهاز لا يدعم اللغة العربية !!! من الممكن أن السبب هو أننا اشترينا الجهاز في بلد غير عربي. ويفضل السؤال عند بائعيه في الدول العربية للتأكد من هذا الموضوع...
