قلما ماتقود معاناة الأنسان مع الالم الى أكتشاف أى حقائق نبيلة تقف وراءه,تولد الام الحياة ومعاناتها بنا مشاعر متباينة من المرارة تجاه ناس ,مواقف ,أشياء,مشاعر تتجذر ربنا حتى لانتمكن غالبا من الفكاك منها,تظل نتؤها وجروها بصمات واضحة على نفوسنا,فنتحول تحت ضغط ماعشناه خبرناه الى كائنات فقدت برائتها ربما للاسف ايضا-أنسانيتها-خبرات بودا الحياتية قدته عكس معظمنا-رغم ثقل المها-الى أكتشاف الحقائق النبيلة الاربعة:
الحقيقة الاولى هى -المعاناة-الحياة حافلة بالمعاناة المشقات,تحت وطأت المعاناة يرزح الجميع أنسان حيوان نبات جماد,معاناة تبتدأ بالميلاد ولاتنهتى بالممات.
الحقيقة الثانية هى -جذور المعاناة-فى المايا(الوهم الشخصى)الظن بأن شئ ما بحد ذاته سيجلب لنا سعادة لاتنتهى,نحصل على الشئ فلانسعد ثم نبحث عن اخر فى دوامة لاتنتهى,من خيبات أمل لاتتوقف,ثم الأيغال فى البحث عن أشياء واشياء ,سقوط لاينتهى فى تعاسات متصلة,حتى الظن بان التامل بحد ذاته هو مبتغى سيحقق لنا السعادة,فما أكثر من تدين وتأمل لم يقودا صاحبهما الا الى المزيد من التيه.
الحقيقة الثالثة هى-أيقاف المعاناة-بعض من الناس يخرج بمفهومه الشخصى بأن المعلم قال بان التنكر للحياة ومتاعها ,يعنى ايقاف المعاناة,لم يعلم المعلم هذا,تركز تعليمه على أن أدراك-نسبية الاشياء-محدوديتها,التعامل معها على هذا الاساس ,يوقف تأثيرها علينا,سمعت أحد المعلمين يقول:الممثل يعى أنه يمثل دورا,حتى لو اندمج بالدور يظل واعيا أنه يمثل دورا,المعاناة تبدأ من عدم الفصل بين ماهو(مايا)وماهو(جوهرى)
الحقيقة الرابعة هى -الطريق الذى يقود الى الخلاص من المعاناة الطريق ذو الشعاب الثمانية..
