ملخص عن البرنامج:
هل الحس الأخلاقي هو شيء أصيل أو hard-wired في ادمغتنا؟ أم هو نتاج البيئة و التربية؟
هناك دراسات علمية حديثة في الأخلاق -بعكس الدراسات السابقة التي تعتمد على الافكار الفلسفية و الدينية- هذه الدراسات تعتمد على تقنيات حديثة جدا مثل تقنيات مسح الدماغ و دراسة استجاباته عند تعريضه لبعض التجارب.
العالمان Marc Hauser و Joshua Greene من جامعة هارفرد وجدا أدلة على أننا نولد مع بعض الحس الأخلاقي الفطري وهو موحد بين الناس بغض النظر عن الدين أو العرق أو الثقافة. طبعا هذه "الفطرة البشرية" لها طبيعة مختلفة تماما عن الفطرة التي يدّعي الدينيون أن الله وضعها في البشر.
