يجب أن يكون هذا قرارا صادرا عن لجنة متخصصة مسئولة .. ربما يجب تخصيص هيئة قضائية-طبية تتولى هي إصدار مثل هذه الأحكام ..

وبحسب الكلام في البحث السابق .. فإن الفقهاء المعاصرين لا يجيزون عملية القتل (ألمقصودة) لكن أن يتم تيسير الموت برفع الأدوية واستخدام المسكنات فجائز!

يعني القاعدة أنه لا يجوز تعجيل الموت لكن يجوز تيسيره ..

في نظري المتواضع أنه لا فرق .. وربما أكون مخطئا!
