أنا لا أتهكّم على السّمك، أنا أحبّ السّمك.

البحر هو الّذي يتهكّم على الله، عندما يضع اسمه على جسد سمكة، تمشي على حلّ ذيلها، وتقع في شباك الصيّادين، وتلطّخ شرفه في المتاحف، معلنةً أنّه لم يعد إلاّ أثرا قد اندثر ، وضاع، وجاءت هي لتنقذه من ضياعه، وتحيي مواته برفاتها ، وتنفق عليه من جسدها المنتهك ، في معامل الباحثين ، وتحفظ الإيمان في قلوبكم، محقّقة له ما عجز هو عن تحقيقه بنفسه.

أنا لا أتهكّم على السّمك، قلت : أنا أحبّ السّمك.

فسمكة كهذه لعمري، تستحقّ من الله أن يؤمّ أتباعه يوم الحساب، ويقيمها على العرش ، ويسجد لها شكرا على وجوده.
