hello, thanks for getting back with me. I personally don't see a need for a Spong per se in order to know all these things. I acknowledge them as well. But having once watched something on Discovery channel, who told us that Joshua really did all these things? It is highly possible that he didn't do any of these things and no walls crumbled or anything. It was an archeological reseaerch that really interested me on that channel. I am not denying the atrocities that they did. But a lot of exaggerations are probable, keeping in mind how the Semitic mind works.
