حكم في إيران على رجل أفقد زوج عشيقته البصر بحرق عينيه بالحمض.

طهران: حكمت المحكمة العليا الإيرانية على رجل أُدين بالتسبب في فقدان زوج عشيقته البصر، بحرق عينيه بالحمض، وذلك تطبيقًا لمبدأ القصاص، على ما أوردت السبت صحيفة حكومية إيرانية.

وأوضحت صحيفة إيران أن مجتبى (25 عامًا) ألقى حمضًا على علي رضا (25 عامًا)، وهو سائق سيارة أجرة في مدينة قم (وسط) المقدسة لدى الشيعة، وذلك بعد إقامته "علاقة محرمة" مع زوجة هذا الأخير موجده، البالغة من العمر 25 عامًا أيضًا.

وأكدت المحكمة العليا العقوبة التي صدرت من محكمة ابتدائية، أي الحكم بفقدان البصر بالحمض، وذلك إعمالاً لمبدأ القصاص بحسب الشريعة الإسلامية التي تسمح بالقصاص في جرائم العنف.

وبحسب الصحيفة، فإن النائب العام في قم مصطفى غانجي اعتبر أن هذه العقوبة تفرض نفسها، خصوصًا مع إصرار الضحية على تنفيذ "عقوبة القصاص" القائمة على مبدأ "العين بالعين والسن وبالسن والبادىء أظلم". وأوضح غانجي "لقد طلبنا من خبراء الطب الشرعي الإشراف على العملية الهادفة إلى التسبب في عمى الرجل المدان". وسجلت في السنوات الأخيرة العديد من الهجمات بالحمض.

ففي شباط/فبراير 2009، حكم على ماجد موحدي بالعمى التام، بعدما أدين بإلقاء حمض على وجه زميلة له في الجامعة أمينه بهرامي التي رفضت الزواج منه. ولم يصدر أي تأكيد لتنفيذ العقوبة.
