أمد / قالت صحيفة 'وول ستريت جورنال' الأمريكية إن المصريين انقلبوا على الثوار.

وأضافت بقولها في تقرير نشرته اليوم الثلاثاء إن حشودا من المواطنين المصريين انضموا إلى جنود الشرطة والجيش الذين قاموا أمس بفض اعتصام المحتجين المطالبين بالديمقراطية من ميدان التحرير، وقالت إن هذا يوضح إلى أي مدى تراجع أبطال الثورة في عيون المصريين.

وأشارت إلى أن المتواجدين في الميدان هتفوا للجيش خلال فض الاعتصام، بينما شارك آخرون في إخلاء الميدان من الثوار.

ومضت الصحيفة الأمريكية تقول 'في ظل محاصرتهم من قبل حزم المجلس العسكري والحركة الإسلامية الصاعدة في البلاد، فإن الكثيرين من نشطاء الانترنت ودعاة الديمقراطية يجدون أنفسهم في موقف صعب كي يستمروا على موقفهم في مصر ما بعد الثورة، حيث تجاهد البلاد في مواجهة أزمة اقتصادية ومحاولة استعادة الأمن وسيادة القانون.

ونقلت عن شادي حامد مدير البحث في مركز بروكنجز قوله 'فقد اليساريون والليبراليون الاتصال مع الشعب. لقد أغضب المحتجون غالبية الشعب المصري. وفي نفس الوقت كانوا يخدعون أنفسهم من خلال الإصرار على أن الغالبية الصامتة معهم. ولكن كل الدلائل تشير إلى النقيض، وهو ما أثبتته أحداث يوم الاثنين'.

وأكدت الوول ستريت جورنال أن انتقاد المحتجين للمجلس الأعلى للقوات المسلحة لم يجد صدى لدى الشارع المصري، كما أن استمرار الاحتجاجات أغضب الكثير من المصريين الذين يريدون نهاية للاضطرابات التي أبعدت السائحين الأجانب، وألحقت الضرر بالاقتصاد، وتسببت في تقليص مصادر الرزق اليومي.
