السلام عليكم

وجهة نظرى الشخصية فى موضوع رضاعة الكبير هو أنها يجب ان ينظر الى حكمة وغاية الامر وليس كيفيته ؟

1) معنى رضاعة فهى أن المرأة فى مرحلة الترضيع العمرية أى فى عمر غالبا لن يجاوز الخامسة والأربعين.

2) الكبير تعنى من تعدى مرحلة الرضاع أى اكثر من عامين

3) يجب ان اطرح عند الفتوى مواقف فكرية يتم الاقرار بحرمة الشئ او لا ... ولأننى لا أملك التأكيد اليقينى لصحة او بطلان مصدر النص فلا اجازف بالحكم بفساده ولكن من الافضل العمل على تعطيل النص.

بمعنى يجب ان أفترض من الأمثلة أمثلة تتفق مع القلب ..... فمثلا

نعيش فى مكان ما وعثرنا على طفل فقد ذويه ولم يكن له أحد يؤويه وعليه قررت أن يعيش وسط اسرتى وبغض النظر عن نوع الطفل ذكر او أنثى ... مطلوب وضع حدود التحريم للأعراض وسيادة روح الأسرة الواحدة .... فما الحل ؟

هنا أقرر هل تصح رضاعة الكبير أم لا ؟
