الجزئية الثالثة: شخصية المرأة المزني بها:

تفصيل الرواية:

فقد روي مسلم (صحيح مسلم بشرح النووي 11/281- ح1693/19)، وأبو داود (سنن أبي داود 4/145- ح4425)، وأحمد (مسند أحمد 5/216- ح21383)، وغيرهم: أن النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم كان يعلم بشخص المرأة التي زنا بها ماعز، ولذا قال صلي الله عليه وسلم (كما زعموا):
"بلغني أنك وقعت بجارية آل فلان"!

*فالمرأة المزني بها معروفة هنا للنبي صلي الله عليه وسلم.

تفصيل التناقض:بينما روي مسلم (صحيح مسلم ح 1693)، وأبو داود (سنن أبي داود 4/143- ح4419)، وأحمد (مسند أحمد 5/216- ح21383)، وغيرهم (كما صححه الألباني) أن النبي ص كان يجهل شخص المرأة التي زنا بها ماعز، ولذا قال له بعد أن شهد علي نفسه بالزنا أربعا:

"إنك قد قلتها أربع مرات، فبمن؟

قال: بفلانة"

*فالمرأة المزني بها غير معروفة هنا للنبي صلي الله عليه وسلم!!

والتناقض هنا هو:لو كان النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم صرح لماعز باسم المرأة لما قال له: بمن؟!!
ولو كان النبي سأل ماعزاً عن شخصية المرأة لما قال لماعز

"بلغني أنك وقعت بجارية آل فلان"!

وهذا يعمق حقيقة كذب الرواة علي النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم ويكشف كيف أنهم قد ألصقوا له صلي الله عليه وسلم قيامه بالرجم المفتري!

الجزئية الرابعة: اعتراف ماعز بالزنا:

تفصيل الرواية:

فقد روي البخاري (صحيح البخاري ح6815،6825)، ومسلم (صحيح مسلم بشرح النووي 11/276- ح1691/16)، وأبو داود (سنن أبي داود 4/143- ح4419)، وغيرهم أن ماعزاً قد اعترف بالزنا من المرة الأولي:

"فناداه، فقال: يا رسول الله إني زنيت، فاعرض عنه حتي ردد عليه أربع مرات......"الرواية!
• إذن فالنبي صلي الله عليه وسلم يعرف جريمة ماعز من أول مرة!

تفصيل التناقض:

بينما روي مسلم (صحيح مسلم بشرح النووي 11/284- ح1695/22)، وأحمد وغيرهم:
أن ماعزا جاء إلي النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم أربع مرات كل مرة يقول للنبي: أنه زني!
وفي المرة الرابعة قال له النبي ص : فيم أطهرك؟
فقال: من الزنا
• إذن فالنبي ص لم يعرف بجريمة ماعز إلا بعد المرة الرابعة!!

والتناقض هنا هو:

هل عرف النبي ص بجريمة ماعز من أول مرة، أم أن النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم لم يعرف بجريمة ماعز إلا بعد المرة الرابعة!!

ولو قال ماعز من المرة الأولي بوقوع الزنا منه لما قال له النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم بعد المرة الرابعة: "فيم أطهرك؟.
