الخرطوم ـ رويترز: قالت جماعات حقوقية ومحامون إن حكما بالرجم حتى الموت صدر ضد سودانية يعتقد أن عمرها حوالى 20 عاما لإدانتها بالزنا وإنها محتجزة بالقرب من الخرطوم مع رضيعها ومقيدة بالأغلال.
وأدان نشطاء الحكم قائلين إنه ينتهك المعايير الدولية وأثاروا مخاوف من أن السودان قد يبدأ تطبيق الشريعة الإسلامية بدرجة أشد صرامة بعد انفصال جنوب السودان الذي تسكنه أغلبية غير مسلمة العام الماضي.
وأفادت وثائق قضائية اطلعت عليها 'رويترز' أن محكمة امبدة الجنائية أصدرت حكما بالموت رجما على المرأة وتدعى انتصار شريف عبد الله في 22 نيسان (ابريل) الماضي.
وقال محاميان كلفا بالدفاع عنها وطلبا عدم الكشف عن اسميهما إنهما تقدما بطعن على الحكم وأضافا أنها تخضع على ما يبدو لضغوط نفسية شديدة.
وقالت محامية لـ'رويترز'، 'إنها بحاجة ماسة لطبيب نفسي لأنها تبدو في حالة صدمة من جراء الضغوط الأسرية والاجتماعية التي تواجهها'.
وقال المحاميان ونشطاء إن انتصار أمية ولم يكن لها محام يدافع عنها أو مترجم أثناء المحاكمة رغم أن العربية ليست لغتها الأم.
ورغم أن اللغة العربية هي اللغة الرئيسية في الدولة التي يشكل المسلمون أغلبية سكانها إلا أن هناك لغات تتحدث بها جماعات أصغر خصوصا في المناطق القبلية. ولم يتضح من أين جاءت انتصار.
وقال مسؤولون في وزارتي العدل والإعلام إنه لا يمكنهما على الفور التعليق على القضية عندما اتصلت بهم 'رويترز' تليفونيا.
ولم يتسن التحقق من عمر انتصار لكن نشطاء قالوا إنهم يعتقدون أن عمرها حوالى 20 عاما. وأشارت بعض التقارير إلى أن عمرها قد يكون أقل من ذلك.
وفي عام 2010 أثارت قضية لبنى حسين وهي موظفة سودانية بالأمم المتحدة غضبا دوليا عندما حكم عليها بالجلد لارتدائها سروالا.
