فى لائحة ساحة الأديان يوجد بند يقول بحذف المداخلة كاملة إذا حصل فيها تجاوز
ولا أعرف هل هذا البند إختيارى أم إجبارى ؟

بند 13 من وثيقة النادى يقول أن العقوبات تعتبر لاغية بعد شهر
وبند 15 يقول أن حدوث خطأ بعد الفصل المؤقت فى خلال شهر يؤدى للفصل النهائى

فى لائحة ساحة الأديان أن قرارات الفصل المؤقت تتدرج من 3 أيام ثم إسبوع - إسبوعين - شهر - شهرين - إلخ

فى إعلان إجراءات إستثنائية لساحة الأديان
إن العقوبات تتدرج من 3 - 4 - 5 أيام إلخ

فإذا أخذ عضو فصل مؤقت وبعد أكثر من شهر صدر منه خطأ آخر .. فما هى عقوبته ؟
أن يتم إعتبار الفصل السابق لاغى لمرور شهر ، ويبدأ فى لائحة عقوبات جديدة
أم أن يتم زيادة العقوبة بإحتساب المخالفة السابقة ؟

وإذا أخذ عضو فصل مؤقت وبعد أقل من شهر حصل منه خطأ آخر .. فما هى عقوبته ؟
زيادة مدة العقوبة ؟ أم فصل دائم ؟

أعتقد بوجود تضارب بين البنود
