ما ذكره العزيز رحمة العاملي من طرائف العقليات الفقهية التراثية هو غيض من فيض .. ولكن .. لا أدري لماذا أحسست أن للموضوع خلفية طائفية !!! فجميع الامثلة التي ذكرها صاحبنا العاملي هي من كتب أهل السنة، وتجدها جميعا دون استثناء في منتديات الشيعة ، حيث تساق في قالب تهكمي ساخر من عقائد وافكار ( النواصب !! ) ..

كنا نتمنى من العزيز رحمة العاملي - ان كان قصده التندر بالعقلية الفقهية التراثية بغض النظر عن الغلاف المذهبي الطائفي - ان يكمل الامثلة بعرض نماذج مشابهة من كتب الشيعة .. وما اكثرها ( من شاكلة : من جامع زوجته في أول الشهر أو في نصفه أو في آخره جاء الولد أحول :waw:، واذا وطئ الرجل غلاما، فوقبه، فلم ينزل، فليس عليه غسل :baby:.. أو تحريم لحم الارنب لأنه من المسوخات !!!الخ ) .. أما أن يقتصر على كتب السنة فهذا يجعلنا نشك في براءة قصده :what: ..
