حقيقة منتديات الحوار العامة

إن تملك الحزب القومي (*) للسلطة وسحق الدولة تحت سنابك خيله أفرغ الدولة العربية ( الإقليم ) من مفهومه كوطن للجميع وحوله إلى خاصة من خواص السلطة فصارت المعارضة للسلطة استدراجا تعني معارضة للدولة

وبذلك توحدت أهداف السلطة والمعارضة بمفهوميهما الواسعين موضوعيا في موقفها من الدولة فصارت الدولة موضوعا لاحتلال طرف ما وإلغاء فرص الأطراف الأخرى في مواطنتها مما حول المواطنة من انتماء إلى وطن إلى انتماء إلى فكرة وهنا يبدأ التشابه بين المقدمات التي وجدت نفسها فيها الأقليات اليهودية في العالم و وجود الفئات العربية كل واحدة بخصوصيتها

وكما أن مقدمات الوجود اليهودي في العالم دفعت به للبحث عن وطن يستوعب خصوصيته المفرطة
فإن مقدمات الواقع العربي تدفع بالمواطنة العربية للبحث عن متسع لهذه المواطنة في أوطان تتيح خصوصيتها المفرطة أيضا وبما يجعلها موضوعيا غير قابلة للمشاركة مع خصوصية أخرى
وهذا تماما ما سبق ووصفته بالانعزالية الفئوية التي نعيش الآن أعراضها
